About us
Hami Humanitarian and Development Association (HHDA) is a national NGO, was founded in April 2022 in MOGADISHU, BENADIR, Somalia as a humanitarian and development organization by local Somali intellectuals and Somali community members. The purpose is to provide sustainable livelihoods intervention opportunities to support the most vulnerable communities both in the urban and rural areas in Somalia consequently will have access to better education, adequate primary health care, respect the ideals of human rights, and eventually improved sustainable community development. We also conduct various projects such as Humanitarian aid, orphan sponsorships, Ramadan Iftar Programs. Food packages, Qurban, Water wells and Education.

Orphan sponsorship
Millions of Children live without the love and protection of their families. Hami Humanitarian and development Association offers vulnerable children a way out of the neglect, abuse they face. We give them a chance to scape their poor living conditions by supporting them with free education, so they can go on to build a life that is full of promise and potental. Also we give them access to food, healthcare, and emotional support are the fundamentals every young child shoud have. There are more children in communities around different places in Somalia who are deprived of these very basic essentials. Hami Humanitarian and Development Assocation protect more orphans with your support and keep them safe. We support ove 300 hundred orphan children in Somalia.
